During the last hour of cooking, I’m usually a frantic mess trying to finish dishes and plate others all the while answering the inevitable text messages wanting to know, “which street do you live on again?’ or ‘what apartment do I buzz?” So the photos aren’t the best…but hey, at least I have pictures this time. Despite the the yellow glow all the photos have (thanks for nothing eco-friendly cfl lightbulb, my food looks jaundiced), everything tasted delicious…well, some things tasted better than others, but for a first time effort on a few of the dishes, I say, not too shabby.
